Shipping
At Klear Shea, we aim to process all orders within 1–2 business days. Once shipped, delivery timelines depend on your location:

Local (within city): 1–3 business days

Nationwide (Nigeria): 3–7 business days

International: 7–14 business days (subject to customs clearance)
We’ll send an email with the tracking information once your order is on the way. Please ensure your shipping information is accurate to avoid delays.
Returns and Refunds
Due to the nature of our skincare products and for hygiene reasons, all sales are final. However, if you receive a damaged, incorrect, or incomplete order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo and description. We’ll be happy to resolve the issue with a replacement or store credit.
Please note: due to hygiene purposes, we do not accept returns for our Butter Creme, Body Scrub, Lip Balm, and Raw Refined/ Unrefined Shea Butter.
We will accept returns for our Oils, Soaps, and Sprays if unused and still in their original packaging.

We respect your privacy. All personal information collected on our website is kept secure and used only for processing your order and improving your shopping experience.
We do not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties.
